Description
Using various snippets of vintage textiles such as crochet, hand embroidery, quilts, or fabric scraps. I also use digitally printed images and text that are printed on repurposed or upcycled fabrics. I then arrange the selected pieces into a pleasing arrangement onto the journal where it is then stitched to the canvas cover using the free motion stitching technique. The Stay Wild journal also has a metal coyote to enhance the desert scene. Each journal cover is unique and one of a kind.
The cover is made from several layers of thick repurposed cotton canvas. The cover is removable so that once your journal is full you may replace with a new blank journal. I use a standard 5″ x 7″ blank notebook, available at many office supply stores or departments.
Measures 5.5″ x 8″
A leather tie closes the journal.
The notebook contains 120 pages or 60 sheets of lined paper.
This is an undecorated journal with plenty of room for you to create.
This journal would make a wonder gratitude journal or a gift for anyone who loves to write!
